Booking Policy

Our time is dedicated to each and every one of our clients, please read the following before you book.

Cancellation Policy


  • No cancellations or changes allowed within 48 hours of the appointment  

  • Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you make an appointment with us, we reserve this time for you to take care of your needs. Hence we ask that you to provide at least 48 hours notice to change your appointment.

  • Any no shows, rescheduling or cancellations within 3hrs of your appointment will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the booking. We require these fees to be paid before your next appointment with us.

  • Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows, if you are 15 minutes late or more to your scheduled appointment, although we will do our best, we cannot guarantee we will be able to complete your treatment for you. If your treatment is unable to be completed due to being late, the above cancellation policy may apply.

Treatment Package Purchase 

We have a strict No-refund policy with our pre-paid Packages and Gift Vouchers. Our terms and condition for
pre-paid package and gift vouchers are:

  • Cannot be used with any other offers.

  • Non-transferable - Expiry 12 Months from date of issue. 

  • Pre-purchased Packages are for Services only and cannot be used against retail purchases.

  • Your Free session must be used within 6 months or will be forfeited.

  • Pre-purchased Packages cannot be used for gift vouchers/gifts. 

  • No cancellations or changes allowed within 48 hours of the appointment  - if so you will forfieght this appointment.
