Cupping is a scope practice in Traditional Chinese medicine therapy (TCM), which is often used alongside with acupuncture treatments.

It involves the application of vacuum suction cups onto the skin, over fascia and muscles to stimulate the qi and blood, activate and promote free flow of qi and blood.
When the vacuum suction is released, it also helps to relieve the muscle tension at the same time.

After the cupping,  cupping marks may show as the circulation is promoted. Different reaction of the skin or cupping mark colour indicate the condition of the body.

Cupping is effective for relieving swelling, promote lymphatic drainage, relieve muscle tension, promote circulation and cell repair. Detox cupping treatment is also available at the clinic.
