To qualify for the referral program:

  • Register & follow the steps outlined on our referral program to refer your friend(s).

  • Your friend must be a NEW customer to Origins Acupuncture and not had any previous treatments or consultations with us.

  • Your friend must also follow the steps outlined on the referral program to redeem their $20 discount. All they need to do is to mention your name when they make their booking online and come in for their treatment. 

  • Their $20 discount will be stored on their account which they can use towards payment of their first full priced single treatment and cannot be used for product, pre-pay series, packages or purchasing gift cards

  • Your friend needs to complete and pay in full for their treatment at Origins Acupuncture before you receive your $20 Thank you voucher. 

  • Your $20 voucher will be stored on your account which you can use towards payment of your next full-priced single treatment and cannot be used for products, pre-pay series, packages, or purchasing gift cards

  • The vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers including promotions.

  • You can refer as many friends as you like as long as they are new customers to Origins Acupuncture Clinic!

  • Vouchers are vailid for 12 months from time of issue.

  • The program cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers including promotions.

  • Pre-paid and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. It is also non-transferrable to any other individuals. 

  • 48 hours notice is required for any appointment cancellations. If you have more than one late cancellation/no show to an appointment, we may ask for a 50% deposit to secure your future appointments. A no-show to your scheduled appointment would incur a cost of the full amount of the treatment against your pre-paid loyalty program credit.

  • You agree to these terms by purchasing a pre-paid lump sum of our Origins Loyalty Program.

  • Prepay and store credits are vailid for 12 months from time of issue.
